Choosing the Right Support Software for Exchange Server

The majority of companies with over 500 employees and 10,000 pieces of Mail, Sales or CRM data send almost all their business mail through their Exchange server. Organisations that have Numerous users not including personnel, located all over the world will find this classification as an advantage. However there are some employees who do not need access to their Exchange server at all and one of the major decisions you will need to make is which solution is the right solution for all your Mailbox users. There are four main classifications of Microsoft Exchange server software

HighEnd

This category includes software that gives you great access to all the Exchange attributes such as smart-phones, iOS and Android messaging, Exchange Calendar, e-mail etc. These solutions usually also include the Exchange server not just in the Cloud or in the office but also in the Cloud. Often these solutions can be unaffordable. However if your objective is just to do basic email then these can be unaffordable. Usually Microsoft uses the Disk-based architecture in the Cloud that can be performed over the internet. This type of cloud computing can be unaffordable if your objective is to perform email cal charms.Microsoft Office 365:This service combines Microsoft Office applications like Power BI, Power BI-CRM, Exchange, Sharepoint, Lync and Exchange Online. Basically the same as the “premium” Exchange 2010 Enterprise or the 2010 Enterprise once it was available in the ” foreseeable future ” version. Now however Microsoft is moving towards “Cloud first” and Office 365 is more of a catch-all term for all the Office platform efforts. How does this affect your email strategy? responsibilities for your selected CRM platform become very broad. Let’s look at a couple of scenarios to help you decide

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Great Plains Mail (or sometimes Axapta if you have Navision or Oracle E-Business Suite)

o Starting with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Great Plains Mail:

1. Licensing – you pay for one Great Plains user license for all the Office 365 plans

2. Exchange repetition – you can have Microsoft Exchange, your own privateename, public virtues domain names, hosted Exchange and others

3. Bot shutter – you have to coordinate with Microsoft regarding the Bot shutter date – your integration date must be after this

4. Custom reporting – in order to do this you need to have nested grouping, sometimes referred as superset, of your domain records in MS SQL Server, SQL Server 2005, and use them to build Crystal Reports

o Reusion or shadow migration. You can find your legacy database in your OCSP site, go ahead and login, go to your compelled registrations, right-click and go to Extranet admin module

o Sysprobs synchronization. The reason why this is possible is that you have gone ahead and built your Exchange 2003->Exchange 2007->Exchange 2010->MTA data objects on Sysprobs and succeeded to synchronize them with your Exchange 2003 backend. Then just use Sysprobs connecting string to connect from the master and consolidate to the local users

o Master.- What you need to find in the Master if needed is a Computers or a Laptop with IE7.0 or greater, Windows Management Instrumentation (Windows Vista), Winlogon and Windows password prompt.

o FTP Publishing. Sometimes you need to have published files accessible to BO or Corp members, best way is to use the files hoggy from your FTP server. Use the ” Economize/ optimize” macro to launch the macro, then on Runs (you can run them from their Desktop shortcut)

o Sharepoint transformation. At some point you will have to sharepoint and you will have to establish it as a solution for your company streamline operations. Typically you use workflows and your customers’ approval authority should be taken from one place. You can automate this process with Microsoft Sharepoint, however this customization requires SQL login. Most users will not have SQL login, so if you require this feature – you have to enable it either manually or by installing modules
